Step One: New Client Consultation
To get started, We'll schedule a complimentary consultation to get acquainted
and learn more about your pet care needs. We'll go over everything in the
New Client Registration Packet and answer all your
questions. There's no charge for this visit and you're under no
obligation to book services.

Step Two: Keys
If we'll be providing services in your home, we typically collect two sets
of keys from you at the time of your initial consultation.
Important: Please be sure to test your keys with the door locked before you give them to us.
Step Three: Making Reservations
After your consultation you'll be given information for booking services.
For your convenience, reservations can be requested by phone, email, or
online.
Service Area
Our current service area includes Bellevue, Mercer Island, Clyde Hill, Medina, Newcastle and parts of Kirkland, Issaquah, Redmond and Renton. If you need service outside of our area, we may be able to refer you to a qualified professional closer to you.

Animals Served
We specialize in care and/or training for dogs and cats of all kinds- big, small, young or old. We also service a variety of other pets such as birds, reptiles and small mammals. Please contact us early to ensure availability of a qualified Pet Care Specialist.
